These 5 super easy-to-make Prosecco DOC cocktails are the perfect summer sipper, all made with a handful of seasonal, easy to get ingredients; also, all of these recipes can be easily modified and replaced with other fruits and herbs.

The fact is that bubbly cocktails make everything more fun and they are very refreshing when it’s over 80 degrees outside!


Frozen Peach Bellini


13 cup of frozen peach slices / 2 oz. mango nectar / 6 oz. Prosecco DOC, chilled


Combine peach slices and mango nectar in blender until smooth. Pour mixture into champagne flutes until half full. Fill glasses with Prosecco DOC.



Strawberries Love Prosecco

2 lemon wedges / 4 strawberries, thinly sliced / crushed ice / 6 oz. Prosecco DOC / chilled 4 ounces seltzer or club soda, chilled


Prosecco Punch

Raspberries / peach slices / 2 oz. peach nectar / 6 oz. Prosecco DOC, chilled



Prosecco Sorbet


Chilled Prosecco DOC poured over some raspberry sorbet and then topped off with fresh raspberries


Raspberry Mint

Chilled Prosecco DOC with mint and fresh raspberries
